Thought I'd pose some questions to the collective here. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

1) Do you think people are put off by shipping costs being added on to their donation? Say someone wants to give $35 but when they check out they see an $8 shipping charge. How many people do you think will follow through and how many do you think will drop down to the $25 donation to accomodate their budget?

2) If I were to charge for shipping, is it better to charge the actual amount or a token amount to offset the cost. Say the actual cost to ship is $8. Should I charge $8 or a token $5? (In my original budget, I accounted for shipping and figured we would eat that expense)

3) Any opinions on giving producer and/or executive producer credits for large donations?

4) Any other advice or lessons learned would be great.
