Lawyer for negotiating contract with ITVS?

Can anyone suggest a good lawyer (preferably but not necessarily based in San Francisco) who has experience negotiating a contract with ITVS for Open Call funding?
Any advice/info/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sam.
I'm based in San Francisco too and while I've worked with another attorney in NY previously, I recently started working with George Rush. He's a great attorney in the documentary world and has experience dealing with ITVS on several fronts, so I'd heartily recommend working with him. Plus he's also a good guy, so that is always a nice combo.

Hi, Sam. I used Dorothy Richardson to negotiate my contract with ITVS Open Call (congrats on getting the funding, btw!). She's based in Los Angeles, but can work remotely with you. Here's her information:
