Writer/developer /producer work?

I got an email earlier in the summer from a producer I do not know, Hugh Drescher, looking for someone he calls "a writer/consultant/producer," preferably of color.  He's working on what he calls "the early stages of developing a documentary film about the 1963 March on Washington for broadcast on or near the 50th anniversary in August 2013."  He also sent a link to a trailer, http://vimeo.com/41790553.
