Daniel Kopec is an 8 time Emmy Award winning writer, director and producer. With more than 10 years in the industry, his work has been seen on NBC, CNN, VH-1 and PBS. In 2011, his documentary "Purdy" was broadcast on PBS stations across the country more than 1000 times. He has written, produced and directed the acclaimed documentaries "We Are Them", "In My Time of Dying", "Liberation", and "Might in Flight". His films have been screened at the Boston Underground Film Festival, the Seattle International Film Festival, the Bahamas International Film Festival, and the Gene Siskel Art Center.
