Student Film in Local Film Showcase

Hey everyone. 

Thanks to Judith, my documentary students produced a response film to Birth of a Nation.  It will be exhibited as part of a student film showcase for Friday, Sept. 18. 

Judith spoke to my class in the spring semester and they loved her stories and comments about their personal projects.  As a culminating group project, the students produced a composite of video letters addressing the themes presented in the film.   They wanted the millennial perspective to be…

Just wanted to be sure you saw that I really did pursue your excellent suggestion of getting the order of posts reversed in the Forums. As I posted under "Possible jobs!" Ning doesn't let you do this, yet. Very annoying, but we're kind of stuck with what functionalities they allow. Just be sure you get the alerts, I guess.
